With this first UCI Cycling For All event approaching, some registered riders share their excitement about it. Sri Lankan Christy Fernando has his name on the rider’s list, tells his story with confidence for the organization and the quality of the race.

Tinus Havinga, an avid cyclist preparing for his way up to the World Cycling Tour finale, sees Sri Lanka as a mysterious and culturally rich destination. He will also explore the historic sites of the country after the Challenge event with his family.
Tinus shares his training schedule, which he addresses that “adaptability is essential”.

Joe Rouse from Canada/New Zealand has always wanted to ride a UCI race with gifted riders from around the world, including the competitive local cyclists, namely Sri Lanka Police, Army, Navy, Air Force and few other teams. He remembers his previous visit to the welcoming country and impatiently awaits his Sri Lankan race, “I look forward to a warm welcome and strong public support for the race-cheering kids, especially!”
